Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a spacious room for the 3 of us ladies, though not as modern as expected. The noise from the elevator and stairs was quite bothersome. On the upside, the staff was very friendly and helped us with setting up a table for a family gathering, which was a nice touch.
I had such a mixed experience at this hotel. The upgraded room was spacious and lovely with French doors, but it felt a bit outdated and definitely in need of some modernization. The service was hit or miss – some staff members were friendly, but overall, the service was lacking. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Prescott, although it was a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was good, especially the free breakfast with real maple syrup, but there weren't many options available. The facilities were average, nothing exceptional stood out.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel. The charming rooms were not only clean and filled with everything I needed but also beautifully decorated with a mix of antique elements and modern conveniences. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location was ideal, situated just off the main square, making it easy to explore Prescott while still getting a peaceful night's rest. The dining options were fantastic, offering delicious meals within walking distance, though a free breakfast would have been a nice touch.
The hotel is nestled in a historic location, close to vibrant shops and restaurants. The rooms, though slightly on the smaller side, blend old-world charm with modern amenities. The service is consistently friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall charm of the place. The dining experience offers delightful options, especially in the Peacock Room. However, the rooms feel a bit old despite the modern touches and there are limited facilities.
